A napokban, amikor a könyvelőváltás szépségeiről írtam, eszembe jutott az egyik kedvenc vicces sztorim. Akkor egyáltalán nem tartottam viccesnek, de ma már csak mosolygok rajta. Olyan ügyfelem volt az illető, akivel folyamatosan alapvető problémáim voltak. Sajnos vállalkozó bárki lehet…

A szerződésünk minden ügyféllel ugyanaz – természetesen a könyvelési díjat kivéve -, az anyagot és a díjat a tárgyhót követő 5-ig kérjük leadni az irodánkba. Ilyenkor a folyamat is hasonló, a jelenléti ívek alapján számfejtünk, majd feldolgozzuk és ellenőrizzük az anyagot, ezt követően pedig tájékoztatjuk a kedves ügyfelet a fizetendő járulékokról, adókról és igény esetén a vállalkozás pillanatnyi eredményéről is.

Nos ez a kedves ügyfél ekkor már épp a harmadik havi könyvelési díjával volt elmaradva, úgyhogy szeretettel vártam az irodában az anyagával együtt. Meg is érkezett az alkalmazottja, aki ideadta az anyagot és közölte velem, hogy a főnöke azt mondta, hogy addig ide ne adja a könyvelési díjat, amíg meg nem mondom – a hozott anyagot is beleértve – a társaság eredményét.

Próbáltam rá hatni észérvekkel, hogy a könyvelési anyag épp most landolt az asztalomon és hiába a komoly számviteli tapasztalat, így ránézésre nemigen tudok pontos eredményt mondani, ahhoz kellene azért néhány óra, az anyagot ismerve talán egy-két nap is… Arról nem is beszélve, hogy a kedves Főnök úr három havi díjjal tartozik, ami részemről már eddig is komoly toleranciát feltételez… Nem lehetne-e beszélni mégis róla, hogy a szerződésünknek megfelelően átadja most a könyvelési díjat az anyaggal együtt, majd azonnal feldolgozzuk és amint végzünk, prezentálom az eredményt? Az alkalmazott hölgy azonban hajthatatlan volt, így felhívtam a főnökét, aki igazából nem értette, mi a problémám. Amíg nem mondok eredményt, nincs könyvelési díj… Ja, hogy az elmúlt két hónapban sem fizetett? Akkor nem is kért eredményt!

Még elmagyaráztam neki, hogy a munkánk nem csak arról szól, hogy ha eredményt kér, akkor megmondom, de ez volt az a bizonyos utolsó csepp… A szerződésben foglaltaknak megfelelően azonnali hatállyal felmondtam a megbízást, összecsomagoltam az anyagot és békésen megváltunk egymástól.

Az illető évek óta vállalkozó, csak én öt éve könyveltem neki, mégis fogalma sem volt arról, hogy ha nem küldök be egy bevallást, 500 EFt-ig terjedő mulasztási bírsággal sújthatják a cégét. Semmi mással nem foglalkozott, csak ami a napi üzletmenetével kapcsolatos volt. Na, így nem szabad vállalkozni… Célszerű tisztában lenni a dolgok menetével a könyvelésen is, hogy ne érjenek kellemetlen meglepetések… és a könyvelődet sem! 🙂
