Egy sztorival érkeztem ma, ami a napokban történt az irodánkban.
 
Az egyik egyéni vállalkozó ügyfelünk érkezett hozzánk a szokásos havi anyagátadásra. Beszélgettünk egy kicsit, majd mondta, hogy lenne egy ingatlan bérlése magánszemélytől és ezzel kapcsolatban volt a NAV ügyfélszolgálatán.

Picit meglepődtünk ugyan, de nem szakítottuk félbe, ő pedig elmondta az információkat, amelyeket ott kapott.

Az egyik érdekesség, hogy hibás volt a NAV ügyfélszolgálat tájékoztatása.

A másik pedig, hogy amikor a kedves ügyfél azt mondta a hölgynek – mert nem egy elveszett típus -, hogy semmit nem ért abból, amit eddig elmondott, a hölgy hátradőlt és tanácstalanul közölte, hogy ő ezzel nem tud mit kezdeni.

De a hab a tortán az volt, hogy Szilvi elmondta neki, hogy egyébként adótanácsadó és azért vagyunk, hogy ezeket a dolgokat meg tudja tőlünk kérdezni. Meglepődött és nagyon örült. Velünk dolgozik néhány éve és arról, hogy a könyvelésen kívül még miben tudunk segíteni, külön valóban nem beszéltünk. Nem is jutott eszünkbe, hogy valaki, akinek van könyvelője, a NAV-hoz fordul adótanácsért…

Átbeszéltük a témát és a végén hálásan mondta, hogy mindent megértett. Igyekeztünk… <3

  • Velünk beszéled meg a vállalkozásoddal kapcsolatos összes eseményt. A folyamatos kommunikáció fontos ahhoz, hogy a könyvelésed rendben legyen. Ha nem kérdezek sokat, akkor nem tudom, hogy melyik számlád mire való. Pl. lehet, hogy egy üveg kóla elszámolható költség egy kocsmának, de nem elszámolható egy építőipari vállalkozásnak. Ez utóbbiból kiveszi az adóhatóság és büntetés jár érte.
  • Ha úgy tevékenységet szeretnél felvenni, szólsz és csináljuk.
  • Ha új telephelyet nyitsz, megcsináljuk. Az önkormányzat és a NAV felé is mi jelentjük.
  • Új alkalmazott felvételét megbeszéljük, hogy a legolcsóbb legyen számodra. Vannak érdekességek, amikre nem is gondolnál… úgynevezett kiskapuk. Természetesen teljesen legálisan. 🙂
  • Bármilyen üzleti döntésed előtt összeülünk egy-két órára és segítünk a legjobbat kihozni a helyzetből.
  • Ha bérelnéd a telephelyedet, megbeszéljük, hogy kitől és mire kell számítani. Nem mindegy, hogy kft-től, bt-től, vállalkozótól vagy magánszemélytől bérled. Az sem, hogy lakóingatlant vagy üzlethelyiséget… stb.
  • Ha pályázol, előkészítjük az anyagodat.
  • Nem kell “vakon” vezetned a vállalkozásodat, a könyvelésből rengeteg információt kapsz róla. A megbeszélt időpontban összeülünk és lefordítjuk neked a számokat pénzre, nyereségre, lehetőségekre. Stb., stb… 😉

Szóval hajrá! Merj kérdezni! Kérj minél többször időpontot a könyvelődtől és beszélj bátran azokról a vállalkozásoddal kapcsolatos dolgokról, amelyeket nem értesz és amik foglalkoztatnak.
